Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?

  • We understand your concerns and worries behind this. To make sure that our customers' shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure connection by Razorpay to keep your transaction details confidential at all times so you can shop conveniently and securely.

 

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

  • If you suspect any such thing, please report this to your bank immediately as we do not collect or store your credit card information.

 

My order is not showing in my account but the payment got deducted.

  • If your payment got deducted, please wait for 10-15 min for your order to show in My orders section. If your order still doesn’t show , please don’t panic and reach out to us on email - helpdesk.devoueepris@gmail.com

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Please make sure that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords and retry. If your payment fails again, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option (if available on the payment page) to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

 

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

  • GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

 

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

  • Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.

 

RETURN POLICY

What you can return ?

 

You may request returns for most items you buy from Devouepris.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Devoue Epris Returns policy.

Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Devouepris.com.

How to return/replace products ?

  1. Send email to helpdesk.devoueepris@gmail.com with your order no, which is present on your invoice within 7 days of receiving product with reason & image of product which you want to return or replace, Address, Full Name, Contact No., UPI ID or Bank Account ( For Refund) attached with mail.

  2. You will receive return confirmation mail within 48 hours if your return request will be genuine.

  3. For refund we may ask for bank account details for NEFT or UPI ID, as we do not store your personal data with us !

[ NOTE : We do not ask for adhaar card number, credit card details or OTP if someone claims that he/she is a from Devoue Epris staff immediately report that number or mail to us and if they are disturbing you allot you have fully rights to report them to POLICE. ]

What are return guidelines ?

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.

  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.

  3. As soon as return received, your refund amount will be transferred to your Bank Account or UPI ID which ever option suits best.

  4. Return must have all the items with it such as tags & other items which came with it.

{ NOTE : Shipping Charges & COD Charges are non-refundable }

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :

  • Personalized products or Gifts

  • Items labeled as non-returnable

  • Items purchased from another site or store other than Devoue Epris

  • Combo offer items

 

Cancellation

As long as the cancel option is available on the website, you can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status. Any amount paid will be credited into your account for that we may ask for UPI or Bank Account Details through mail or call ! We won't ask for any Credit Card Details or OTP if anyone claims staff of Devoue Epris and asking you such information ignore or hang up phone call, we will call from our only support number.

 

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

  • For refund we may ask for bank account details for NEFT or UPI ID, as we do not store such data with us ! You will get refund within 24 hours after cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ Debit Card or Net-Banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account in 7 to 12 working days or we may contact you for your bank account details or UPI ID.
